TENNIS : KOREA'S HYEON CHUNG SLAYS NOVAK DJOKOVIC AT AUSTRALIAN OPEN !
Kim Jong-un must be kicking his head, he does not have a tennis player like this.

Otherwise, he should be sending his "army of beauties" to Australia, not PyeongChang.

Hyeon Chung - - only 21 years old - - has just put South Korea on the map of world tennis.

And, he did it in style.

Brutally.

He just slaughtered his own idol, 12-Time Grand Slam Champion Novak Djokovic, at the Australian Open's 4th Round.

Chung savagely obliterated Djokovic in three straight Sets, 7-6; 7-5; 7-6.

The battle, though only reached 3 Sets, lasted a gruelling 3 hours and 21 minutes - - all three Sets incredibly lasting over an hour, each.

Djokovic, a record 6-Time Australian Open Champion, had put up a valiant stand, forcing all 3 Sets to an on-edge-of-your-set Tie Breaks - - to no avail.

The South Korean Wonder Boy proved to be too strong for the Joker, dosing his idol with his own medicine - - his very own trademark "side-split" corner shots.

While Djokovic had recently struggled to go back to his top form coming from previous injury, make no mistake, this doesn't diminish Hyeon Chung's remarkable feat.

Chung - - the reigning Next-Gen Finals Champion - - also dismissed World No.4 Alexander Zverev, the Round prior.

Though ranked just a pretty decent No. 58 in the World, this kid can really slay big names in tennis.

He now becomes the first ever Korean - - North or South - - to reach Quarter Finals of any Grand Slam.

"My goodness, this kid knows how to rock and play !", tweets the French Open @RolandGarros.

"Incredible!", exclaims the Australian Open @AustralianOpen.

Hyeon Chung was more humble than magnanimous in his victory against Djkovic.

He said, he has no idea how he beat Djokovic whom, he revealed, he idolised and copied as a young tennis player.

"He is my idol . . . I am just honored to play with Novak, and happy to see him . . .", remarked Chung in his on-court interview, post-match.

Now, South Korea wakes up with the news of its new unlikely hero, pealing.

"Today is victory for my country", declared Chung who, as a six years old, was advised by his doctor to watch tennis ball in play, to help improve his poor eyesight.

Little did he know that, "watching tennis ball" would, one day, turn into "making tennis history".
