FOOTBALL : CHAPECOENSE TRAGEDY - - CO-PILOT ASSURED ' BEST SERVICE ' SHORTLY BEFORE TAKE-OFF !

FOOTBALL : CHAPECOENSE TRAGEDY - - CO-PILOT HAD ASSURED ' BEST SERVICE ' BEFORE DOOMED FLIGHT TOOK OFF !
In a chilling ominous interview with a local TV right inside the cockpit just moments before their doomed flight, Co-Pilot Sisy Arias confidently assured they were ready to deliver 'the best service' to the passengers on board.

Little did she know, tragedy was about to strike.

'LaMia is always flying football teams, in this case Chapeco, taking them to the city of Medellin, Colombia,' Arias told Gigavision TV. 'And we are ready to offer them the best service,' she said.

Sisy Arias was a model and a pilot, co-piloted the ill-fated LaMia Flight 2933 (LMI 2933) carrying the Chapecoense football team en route to Colombia, which crashed shortly before destination in Medellin, Colombia on November 28, killing almost the entire football contingent on aboard, including herself.

The flight was Sisy Arias' first flight -- and her last -- as a civilian co-pilot.

She was 29.

The tragedy claimed the lives of 71 people on board, including 19 celebrated football players, 20 journalists, football club management and staff, and flight crew.

Only 6 people -- 3 of which are Chapecoense players -- miraculously survived.

The Chapecoense football team of Chapeco, Brazil was on their way to the biggest match of their history -- the Copa Sudamerica Final (South American Cup Final) -- against the host city of Medellin, Colombia, when disaster struck.

Investigators had confirmed, the plane had run out of fuel some 20 minutes before landing, causing the deadly crash.

The tragedy has shocked the whole world of football.
