OLYMPICS : " THE GIRL FROM IPANEMA " STEALS OLYMPIC OPENING SHOW ! - - WELL, ALMOST !
With some 3 Billion people watching, Brazilian Supermodel Gisele Bundchen wowed the world with her stylish, somewhat sassy, catwalk across the party vibe-filled Maracana Stadium, her dazzling silver evening gown glittering with lights, to the tune of the iconic jazzy, romantic song "Girl From Ipanema". Right after, the web is abuzz with the story of her stealing the Olympic Opening Show. Well, not quite. But nearly. In case you don't know her yet, well at least before the Olympics, Gisele is one of the most famous faces of Brazil. She is a high-priced celebrity model who had walked for big brands like Victoria's Secret. Gisele was listed in 2014 by Forbes as the 89th Most Powerful Woman in the World. She started her career as a professional model at the young age of 14. She is considered by many as "the only remaining true Supermodel". From 2000 to 2005, Gisele was in relationship with Hollywood star Leonardo Di Caprio. But in 2009, she married NFL player Tom Brady and they now have three children. So, sorry guys!Tweet
