BASKETBALL : DONALD TRUMP TO LAVAR BALL - - UNGRATEFUL FOOL !

US President Donad Trump has fired a stinging salvo against Lavar Ball - - father of 3 US basketball stars - - following a spat over one of his son's arrest (and release) for shoplifting in China, calling him "ungrateful fool!".

President Trump @RealDonaldTrump, apparently worked for LaVar Ball's son to be released from jail in China, thru direct talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

LaVar Ball, didn't like President Trump taking the credit, and made a media counter-hype about it.

LaVar's son, LiAngelo Ball and two other UCLA Basketball players were arrested for shoplifting while on a preseason tour in China.

They faced 5 to 10 years in prison for the offense.

They were later released and were allowed to fly home.
