Embattled UFC Superstar Conor McGregor has issued a public apology following his bravado inside the Octagon in Dublin where he roughed up a referee after he scaled the Octagon fence and gatecrashed to wildly celebrate a teammate's win.Tweet
McGregor pushed the referee, Marc Goddard, and slapped another event official.
Conor McGregor @TheNotoriousMMA, inarguably the most famous MMA fighter to date, was reportedly in danger of being banned from the sport, for his violent behaviour towards the referee.
"I let my emotions get the best of me", said McGregor in his statement posted on Facebook and Instagram.
"I’ve always learned from my mistakes and this will be no different", added the Irish Showman - - the undisputed King of UFC.
