FOOTBALL : ANTOINE GRIEZMANN IN RACISM BROUHAHA AFTER POSTING BLACKFACE, AFRO LOOK ON TWITTER !
Football star Antoine Griezmann @AntoGriezmann wanted to pay tribute to his idols, the legendary Harlem Globetrotters - - a celebrity, all-black basketball exhibition team.Tweet
So, he painted himself black at a fancy dress party, with a matching NBA All-Star jersey.
D'ya know, what he got?
Worldwide condemnation for being a racist.
So, if your little girl is a big fan of Beyonce, (and oh, if she is white), she can never wear make up and look like Beyonce simply because it's a first-class racism in the 21st Century.
Wearing "black" make-up (if you're not black) to portray yourself as "black" - - or simply called "blackface" - - has deep racial undermeaning.
But that was 100 years, or so, ago.
Perhaps, until 50 or 40 years ago.
Maybe, until today, depending on how you see and perceive things, around you.
Condemn it or not, we now live in an era where a man can marry a man, a woman can marry a woman.
Whereas, not too long ago, it was death to just even think of doing this.
Never mind, Shakespeare.
The world has changed.
Blackface was a racial taboo, alright.
We learn from history, alright.
We shouldn't forget the past, alright.
But until when we should live in the past?
When will we ever let go of the past?
If everyday, we refresh the deep wounds of the Apartheid, then everyday, we relive the Apartheid.
It's time we learn from the past, and live today to face the new horizons of the future.
Do we want to forever keep remembering how Homo Sapiens enslaved, brutalized, cannibalized, totally annihilated and wiped out the Neanderthals from the face of the Earth?
Homo Sapiens were black. Neanderthals were white, you may want to disagree.
I dream to see the day, where our little daughters could do make -up and dress up freely as Beyonce or Madonna - - it doesn't matter what their skin colour is - - without fear of being condemned as "racists".
I dream to see the day, where black men could freely portray themselves as white men, and white men could freely portray themselves as black men, and racism absolutely does not exist.
Racism, should be defined in its deepest sense.
Anyone who does otherwise, is a slave of eternal ignorance.

I find nothing wrong with this image of #AntoineGriezmann. He is for God’s sake identifying with black people in a positive way.
