Billionaire Businessman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha - - owner of Leicester City FC - - is now feared dead, following media reports that the Thai tycoon was actually onboard his helicopter when it crashed on take-off from midfield into a car park just outside their home stadium in Leicester, England bursting into a deadly fireball, following a home-ground draw against West Ham, Saturday night.Tweet
News about the horrific crash, had sent shock waves around the sporting world.
Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha,61, -- believed to be the 7th richest man in Thailand - - had acquired Leicester City FC in 2010.
Leicester City FC was founded in 1884.
Fans describe the ill-fated helicopter as a usual ride of Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha and his family from and to the club's home ground during Leicester City FC match days, watching every game.
The chopper was actually caught on TV camera, in the background, taking off from the midfield post-match, with the TV anchors even joking about the chopper's hovering sound leaving, but only to be stunned by a loud scary bang, seconds afterwards.
Leicester City FC is yet to issue an official statement confirming Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha's death, and the identity of other fatality or fatalities aboard the helicopter.
