FOOTBALL : THAI CAVE RESCUE - - 17 DAYS OF DARKNESS IN HELL FINALLY OVER ! ALL 12 BOYS AND COACH NOW FREED TO SAFETY !
"Unlucky for some", but not for this football team.Tweet
Thirteen is a number, perhaps most misunderstood by many - - in many ways more than one.
There were 13 of them - - 12 young Thai football players, and their coach - - who went into that cave, unsuspecting.
Little did they know, that cave would bring them to hell - - and back.
The youngsters and their coach, spent 17 dark harrowing days (and nights) deep down in the unknown.
Until a miraculous, daring rescue mission has begun.
LUCKY 13:
Extraordinary skills from extraordinary men, who went beyond the ambit of untested waters, quite literally.
Brave souls, who had put their own lives on the line, so others may live.
Prayers of a whole nation, and the world, behind them.
And so, 12 little ones (and their coach), live they shall.
Some old superstitious say, Saman Gunan broke that 13.
He died, so 13 others would live.
Believe me not, some weirdos may even call it "quantum".
For me, superstition or whatnot, Saman Gunan is a true hero.
And so all the men and women who completed his mission - - quite a mission impossible not even a cosmic Elon Musk could simply decipher in time.
Kudos to the Thai Royal Navy, and all the brave divers and volunteers from around the world, who once again had proved to all and sundry, that the worst brings out the best in men.
Salute.
